Returns
You must inform us of damaged items within 14 days of receipt of goods. They must be returned in the original packaging within a further 14 days. If customer is at fault and supplier agrees to accept the return of any items, such agreement will be conditional on the items being returned to the supplier at the customers expense, We may offer to repair, exchange or refund dependent on each individual case.
